No safety training, was hurt on the job and got no apology from anybody involved. They underpay shop floor employees and have no ac during incredibly hot summers for majority of workers. (Only the well trained machinists had ac on the floor as well as management) Incredibly disrespectful and negligent management, if you have the opportunity to work anywhere else instead of here I’d do it. Report osha violations at your workplace when you see them!!
No cohesion whatsoever, where to begin? They won’t bother training you on how to use cranes. Which are highly dangerous, but there’s a guy that walks around and yells at you if you make a mistake. No standards for safety at all. They have a machine that spins faster then a lathe, no guards at all around the machine. took me 7 hours to get the parts to build my motor, that’s an entire day of work wasted. When you understand production and how to get things done. You’ll quickly realize that no one at ward Leonard cares at all.... read more
