Closing firm on real estate transaction. Very poor communication regarding status of closing.

Did your law firm really have a mutual friend go banging on the walls of a veteran couple home late at night?! An online video shows this firm made a mistake and the couple wasn't even supposed to be served a file complaint, and they didn't even have the decency to apologize. They had a friend trespass on this older couple's property and the guy was so rude! The couple were both veterans and deserved more respect than that. What is wrong with you people?? Do not use this firm. I literally had to chase a guy representing Ward Law off our property because he was trying to serve papers. Turns out Ward Law screwed something up, and we were never supposed to be served any papers. My wife called Ward Law several times and was only told that this guy was a friend of one of the attorneys. Very unprofessional.
