When she told me I'd get a refund if she didn't use all my money on my case I didn't think I'd ever actually see any of it back. Sure enough when my case was over she sent me a bill showing she only used about half the money and a check written back to me for the rest of it! I couldn't believe it and will definitely send anyone I know her way. Probably the only honest lawyer I've ever met and enough so that I felt the need to let others know.
