Ward’s has definitely shaped up over the last year. The store is much more inviting and easier to navigate. The prices are competitive to the larger outlets. The reason I didn’t give a five star review is because the secretary lady screams at and belittles the male employees. It makes it uncomfortable for the customer when this happens. Oh, avoid the “Clipboard Kid”! He will waste your time by not knowing anything about the store’s inventory and always has to get someone else to help out.
