On June 23, 2023, I Had a routine visit with Mr. Kevin ward nurse practitioner. During this visit, Mr. Ward failed to recognize that my sodium level was seriously low as revealed in a blood test taken on July 12, 2023. In addition he increased the water pills I was taking in an attempt to lower my blood pressure.
