She needs therapy not to be providing it!
Very nasty person, don't know it's talk to people.
My scheduling process with Ms. Ward was OK, but having interacted with her for several weeks I can say that she was...socially odd. That's the best way I can think to put it. I'm sure she would work fine for certain clients, but she prefers to do most of the talking and seemed to get agitated frequently. I'm sure our personalities just clashed, but I can say this was the worst therapy experience I've ever had unfortunately.
This person was extremely unapproachable rude and was able to provide zero direction toward therapy. I received her name as a good reference so I reached out. When I first called ~12pm she said she was too busy with other calls and would call back. Finally called back ~6pm. I stated the time frame I was available, she said it wouldn't be for a few weeks, I said that was totally fine and she proceeded to right away say "I'll pass" on Me as a patient with no explanation as to why and insisted I call the general referal line to... read more
