Nothing honest or ethical about Joey. He had 2 months to fix an air leak on the right side of my coach and replace a valve under warranty. Long story short after he diagnosed the air leaks he found that the right side leak was due to (2) 8 month old airbags on the left side that had unexplained punctures in them??? He replaced with incorrect airbags (coach sits 2” higher on left than right now) he didn’t buy the new valve he charged for I ended up supplying it because he wanted to drag me out longer on the repair and rip the... read more
We were new to Arizona in our motor home, had Joey come out to look at an issue with our brakes to find out we were lucky to get where we were. He emphasized not to move our rig until he could get our parts then did the job at an extremely fair price. We just had him back to do more work and again provided excellent service at an excellent price!! Would and have recommended him to everyone!!!!
I was broke down on the side of the road in my 1993 oshkosh rv. Joey showed up 2 hours early and saved the day. This guy is a mechanical genius and I would definitely recommend Ward Auto to anybody in need of a rescue.
