Bad bad Bad , very poorly managed, by the so called Practise Manager, they set up protocols that benefit their own lack of knowledge and or .resources and finances - I managed after a protracted runaround to get the ear of the Female Practice Manager on the phone and the response was wholly predictable.So no surprise there, lack of concern, hiding behind procedure, and of course the inevitable letter on the doormat, with an official Do not proceed with - Or question our / poor Practice, in a surreal way it made me laugh at t... read more

Not a good surgery. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They don’t listen to you and talk over you when you talk. I wouldn’t recommend this doctors and if I could I would use another one purely because of the receptionists. Hard to get appointments. And phone call appointments can be over one hour 20 minutes late. Something needs to be done about the receptionist.

Opening hours are listed as 8:30, when in fact the practice opens at 8:00. This page has not been updated despite my raising the issue. When I informed the receptionist, she appeared unbothered and responded, “Oh, OK, it’s been like that for over a year.” This is unacceptable. I could hear several other people making the same phone call I made. It is unfair that we are left in pain and unable to see a doctor due to the incompetence of others.

I rang the Surgery at 8:00 am, and was in a phone queue of 13 people. When they answered the phone, I was told that the GP appointments have gone, and that I need to ring back the next day at 8:00 am again.

The receptionists were very welcoming and hospitable and Dr Simab Babar was very assuring and helpful and made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend
