It all starts at the top and in this case the top is a prime example of the employees lack of attentiveness and respect for people's property. Ward dug an 8 ft hole in my backyard to put a new pole in and left for a year. Took me 20 phone calls to xcel and anyone I was referred to call to get this hazard fixed. Ward Electric was the team who put our electric back on, after not having any for the past week, because of Milton, here in St Pete, Fl. These guys, after a week of 12-hour days and lousy sleeping conditions, were friendly, selfless and helpful, while completing the task at hand, quickly and efficiently. Then they were off to the next pole. Great representation of the company. We are ever so grateful! Maybe we'll see you next time...if there is a next time.
