I am so disappointed with Tom at Dan Ward. I thought that I was ahead of the game in connecting new thermostats to my new, and very expensive, gutter and ice melt system. This past summer, he sent out a crew to install 5 thermostats. They didn’t label a single breaker, inform me that everything was complete, nor did they walk me through how things were setup.
