This store is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. I wish I could give a rating of "-10". The "R" guy there is always confused and useless and mixes up orders. If you ever decide to order anything at this place, don't count on getting it ever delivered.

Pitiful service from Ward Custom Metal. Robert has been "calling me right back" for 3 months now on getting an order of red metal for my barn. Went to Metal Mart and they had me taken care of with a smile in a week.
Robert will do everything he can to get you what you need .
they messed up a $3200 order and would not correct the color or give credit towards the correct color. I will not do business with this fabricator again. they take poor notes and have a bad process and they hide from contact and communication. extremely difficult to get in contact with. bad business is bad business. there are too many competitors who handle business professionally to be bridled to these people. good luck. you'll need it.
