Horrible company. My car was hit by a vehicle connected to this company and “Jay” hung up on me when I was explaining what happened due to me being in a different state. My insurance located the company it was connected to because I had the license plates and still do 976FFM - ME. I hope he’s ready to go to court because I’m lawyering up!
Bought my “Easton” kit about 2 years ago and am quite happy with it. The wood and other materials is very high quality. My first floor is supported by the cleanest 2x10’s I’ve ever seen, and they’re on 12” centers. Place is built like a tank and I love the look of it. Would recommend this company 100%. I did spring for the higher quality timber…it was well worth it. If you’re used to buying lumber at box stores, the quality of this material will blow your mind. Buying our Matagamon log cabin from Ward log homes was a great experience. Ron was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He was very helpful when we wanted to customize our project. Friendly and very competent. The delivery was perfect, we would give Ward Log Homes our highest recommendation !
Ward and its employees were great to work with. They quickly and efficiently helped to rectify issues created by the contractor i had hired.(then fired) The process of picking/designing my log sided home was smooth and straight forward.
