Three years ago my family doctor made an appointment for me with Dr. Ann Ward (on a waiting list something like five months ahead) because I'd been dealing with hormonal issues for a long time and labs kept coming back borderline for hypothyroidism with a strong indicator for Hashimoto's. I was unable to make the appointment because five months later I was hospitalized and undergoing surgery. Waited for 1 1/2 hour before I saw a PA. To me I went to see a competent doctor not a personal secretary. I want to try them one more time after he had to fire one of his "Personal Assistant" for dealing/using drugs for the second time. This is not the people that I would put my life in there hands. I would highrecommendmed another doctors office and this is my personal opinion.
