Beth Skinner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic courtesy and made the entire telephone experience unpleasant. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a respectful attorney.
Robert Ward was the attorney representing the insurance company in a lawsuit I filed related to an accident where the other driver was at fault and I sustained injuries. He was incredibly arrogant, constantly objecting and trying to testify for me on questions he asked. Once I was granted a judgment he received the check from the insurance company on 12/11/2024 and supposedly mailed it, but it somehow got lost in the mail.
