If I could give him 10 stars, I would! My husband and I were at the dump in Hartwell when all of a sudden our car wouldn't go into anything other than reverse. We called him, and he was there within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the issue within 5-10 more minutes. Told us what it was, gave us a quote, and lead us to his house. He repaired the car THAT NIGHT! Called Ward Auto Roadside Service at 9a on a Sunday as Erik was in the parking lot of church getting ready to go in. He still came right over to us in 15 minutes and solved what turned out to be an easy issue thankfully. We weren’t broke down or stranded anywhere, we just had a car in our driveway that wouldn’t start on a Sunday and he still came quickly and handled everything with professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to help, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Erik again if needed.

We had a GMC Envoy that broke down with our work crew at the Fair Play, SC welcome center. We were able to get Erik from Ward Auto to go out and evaluate the vehicle. We had tried several other mobile mechanics and shops in the area and no one seemed eager to help us until we found Erik. Thanks for the great service.
