Ward and Son built us a new bedroom addition and did a spectacular job on it! The crew is very hardworking and incredibly transparent. They work very fast and diligently, ensuring that everything is done on time while making sure everything is done correctly. This company also has the most reasonable pricing among other companies within Sacramento. The Singh Family recommends this company for new construction or renovation.
Ward and Sons took our patio and turned it into a beautiful family room. They removed and hauled all the material away. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and all his workers. Every person he sent out to our home was kind, thoughtful and professional. This is a family owned business and I highly recommend this company. If you want good quality work: call Ward and Sons. Excellent work
I had David and the crew come out to build a small office outbuilding in my yard. David took one look at the yard and estimated the project within 2 feet and $5K of the finished project. They were on time, courteous, transparent, and flexible. I will definitely work with Ward and Son again for future projects. Could not be more thrilled.
