A thorough examination has identified the dental problem I have, This was explained to me in straight forward terms along with possible remedies which will now be progressed.
Ward & Allison started out as a solid dental clinic. The care I received was decent, and waiting times were reasonable. However, they refused to accept my request for a scale, polish, and filling (which has since partially fallen out) without first requiring a general 15-minute check-up. This ultimately confirmed exactly what I had told them — but meant I had to return on a separate occasion and pay again for another appointment to actually receive the treatment, which was inconvenient as it meant taking additional time off ... read more
