Had a very positive experience. I have never been to a Warby Parker store. I decided to give them a try and glad I did. I was helped by associate Jasmine. She was extremely helpful, polite and took the time to show me several frames and explain to me how they looked and lined up on my face. She made several valid points in regards to the lens shape and type of vision correction I needed in the lenses.
