Me and my husband had an amazing experience at this Warby Parker location today. We had the privilege of working with Dominic as our optician, and he made the entire process run smoothly even when I contemplated for a while on what frames to get. He made sure to assist us with all of our requests, including grabbing different frames in different sizes from the back just so we could try them on. Amazing customer service, great range of glasses. Found one that made me and my wife happy. Thank you Paola for all the kindness and support. Will be coming back again UPDATE 8/8/26: We came back again. Again, we received the best service from Cameron, and Dominic went above and beyond finding us glasses and even submitting our reimbursement for VSP. We drove 30 minutes from the place we got our eye exam to come here. Thank you for everything!
