I’ve been a loyal Warby Parker customer for years and have two pairs of glasses from them, so I was honestly really disappointed by my experience at the University Mall Orem location. I stopped in just to have my glasses tightened, which has always been a quick and easy experience at other Warby Parker locations. Dr Edmund’s and staff were amazing, thorough, and explained the process and results thoroughly
I recently visited this store for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The staff member who assisted me was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient and kind. I’m looking forward to picking up my new frames!
Optometrist is thorough, took time to educate me and he was very personable. Warby Parker also has a wider variety of frames to select from
