Amazing customer service just went in there window shopping to get an idea of what I wanted to get for my next pair, was helped instantly with good attitudes and a nice environment , got my current glasses cleaned looking brand new. All my questions were answered will be looking forward to my new glasses
This was my first time at Warby Parker and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and friendly. They were all really helpful. I got the Augusta singlasses and they are so perfect! I will definitely return to this location
TERRIBLE customer service! This should be a ZERO, NOT one Star!! They just sat there, scrolling at their phones the WHOLE 20+ minutes I was in there trying out WP glasses and sunglasses the ONLY customer in the store!! Usually at WP places I've been to (CO, SC) have been a friendly, FUN vibe - attitude! Felt like they both AVOIDED me like a plagued here in Orem!! NO eye contact or even a 'Hello, how can I help you?!' What a shame because if they acknowledged me, I could of purchased a couple glasses & sunglasses that I tried... read more
This place is awesome! I’d ordered from them before and loved their style and pricing, so I scheduled the eye exam with them too! I was able to get in Day of, and everyone was so patient and kind. The Doc (Frank?) clearly loves his job. He was very informative and friendly. He made me want to be an eye doctor! And I found a great pair of frames at a great price. Will definitely be there next time!
