The entire process from start to finish was seamless. From the check-in to seeing the doctor for an eye exam to choosing and purchasing eyeglasses was an unusually easy process. Highly recommend.
Great prices and great customer service
I had a great experience with the doctor for my eye exam as well as with Amaiya and Tim. Excellent customer service, possibly a permanent customer when I have been going to myeyedr for years.
Walked in with Ray-Bans that had gone wide and sat crooked. Tim (licensed optician) warmed the acetate, narrowed the temple spread, leveled the front, tightened the hinges, and set the tilt took minutes, cost me nothing, and I didn’t even buy them here. Fit is perfect now: no slipping, even on my face, comfortable behind the ears. Front staff was welcoming and professional. Tim basically saved my glasses. Tysons location. thank you.
