Got an eye exam here where I was diagnosed with Keratoconus. My eye specialist cannot get any information from the Warbly Parker store or optometrist. I called the store and got the call center they have no records, cant tell me who the doctor who gave me my exam is or their phone number and refuse to give me the number to the store, their name or the name of the person supposed to call me back. Very rude service. Will never visit a Warby Parker location again.
The eye exam was professional, quick and they did a fantastic job of answering all my teen's questions. The teaching of how to put in contacts was expert and we were in and out with NEW contacts in less than an hour. I'm impressed!
I arrived early for my appointment. I was greeted promptly even though the store was busy. Staff checked to see if the doctor could see me early. While I waited, I was shown styles of glasses that might fit my face. The assistant and the doctor explained every step of the exam and made me feel comfortable. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I felt the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Warby Parker Tysons Corner.
