I needed to get some glasses tightened that I had purchased at Sunglass Hut. Sunglass Hut said to come to Warby Parker because they have better tools. The staff at Warby Parker were super nice about it and adjusted the glasses for me. Would go out of my way to come back here just because of this.
Great Customer service. As a female, I enjoy getting the male point of view when purchasing glasses so I had 3 different men in the store & they all picked the same frames. Loved it.
