Very welcoming and competence staff. Doreen warmly welcome me, Renas triaged my issue, and optician Khatim assisted with the solution. Fantastic staff with stylish environment and helpful products. Highly recommend for the Customer Service alone. Great reason to come to the mall.
Great customer service
Everyone at this location was absolutely wonderful to work with. I recently visited Warby Parker for my glasses and contacts eye exam, Dr. Wah took great care and explained the process since this would be my first time using contacts. I’ld also like to thank Jennifer, Nicole and Xavier who were great! They took the time to help me choose my new frames and order my new contacts.
