I originally went to the location to get my son's glasses adjusted which I had ordered online. My daughter's glasses hadn't come in so I inquired if there was a reason for the delay. One of the workers there, named INDIA, immediately jumped on the case, called customer service and found out that the frames were out of stock. She then worked with customer service to find a similar frame in stock, cleared that with me, and negotiated expedited shipping as well as got me a 15% discount for the trouble and lack of communication ... read more
