I used to be a tremendous fan of WP but in the last year, the service has changed dramatically for the worse. They have misrepresented services and worse charges to my credit card I would stay away from the Towson store especially. They misrepresent and change their story nearly every time I speak to them and the quality and professionalism of their staff has declined tremendously. I had an excellent experience at the Towson Mall Warby Parker store. Steve helped me find the perfect frame from among a huge selection, explained the various lens options and I was in and out within a few minutes.
