Great store and staff.
The service I received at Town Center Warby Parker was second to none. I went in to discuss a technical issue with my prescription and iron out some hiccups I had while trying to order online. Robert spoke to my ophthalmologist, helped clarify my confusion, updated my info in their system to make it easier for me to order. He then painstakingly stuck with me while I tried out endless frames (all of this despite the fact I’d be finishing the order online). I love Warby Parker's selection of classic frames in narrow widths. The staff at this shop, as well as other Warby locations I've visited, are friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and the ordering process was smooth. I like that I do not have to return to the shop to pick up my glasses, that they are shipped directly to me.
My experience today was delightful! The gentleman who waited on me was knowledgeable and helpful. The best part was, he didn’t try to sell up and was a pleasure to work with. I will return! And tell all my friends!
