We went in hoping to possibly find a nice pair of glasses and left with two pairs, and prescription sunglasses! We discovered phenomenal customer service and detailed style advice from Carly! If you're feeling at all unsure about a certain style/fit, Carly is the woman you'll want to speak with! She's kind, professional, and has impeccable taste! She's friendly and has an eye for fashion, and what looks great! She was extremely helpful for my daughter and myself and we'll definitely be returning!

I found Warbly Parker to be extremely helpful in choosing glasses. When I walked in, Maria, gave me information regarding the various prices of what services and glass frames would cost. A ball park figure, if you will. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She had a nice sense of humor. Also, she took the time to find many various frames for me to see. My overall experience at Warby Parker was excellent. They have wonderful assortment of glasses to choose from and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
everyone was pleasant and experienced. They were very efficient but still thorough eye exam with modern equipment and many many frame options, with optician assistance. good prices-- the more complicated your lenses the more expensive but still better than most. facility was bright and inviting. app is easy to use. I may buy additional pairs just because so easy
