The Warby Parker associate was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic! I had toured the website in advance and knew exactly what frames I was looking for and wanted to compare. The associate helped me try on frames. She had some good suggestions, she managed my vision insurance info, and entered the order on the spot! Well done!
