Have loved this brand since they were in their grass roots stage. I highly recommend them, more cost effective than purchasing through an optometrist and utilizing insurance. I might add that their frames are very creative, fun, and fashionable.

The staff were easy to work with and gave helpful advice for which eyeglass frames looked best for me. It was a smooth and quick process! They even adjusted my current glasses during the process, and reminded me that Warby Parker offers lifetime eyeglass frame adjustments.
Everyone was super helpful and kind. They explained all the new services they offered which made our experience even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that you do insurance claims internally now and that you repair lenses. We already prefer Warby Parker for our glasses but these updated services make it even easier.
