With a large staff of staff standing around , I was unable to get adjustments ( tighten my glasses) on my loose glasses and sunglasses . Apparently, only an Optician can adjust my frames . The four staff are only there for Sales (?) . No Optician in the store for another 3 hours , so no help . First time in a decade I’ve experienced poor customer help at Warby Parker . Too bad . I always appreciated their customer service focus .
The customer service was truly excellent. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped me, but she was incredibly kind and efficient. Made the entire process very easy. Thank you!
I have been purchasing Warby Parker glasses for years! I’m extremely happy with their styles, Service and expertise. I would recommend them to anyone and I do!
Really enjoyed my experience at Warby at the Village. Went twice within a week and both times spoke with Kevin who helped me talk through both sunglasses and eyeglasses frame options as well as my vision insurance options. Would 100% go back and recommend across the board.
