Dr. Shah is amazing. The staff is also incredible. They are all super friendly, highly knowledgeable and very efficient. I went to another place last year and regret doing so. They other place charged me so much and was such a hassle to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else for my prescription glasses and eye exams again.
The staff were very knowlegable, understood my need, and quickly resolved the issue I had with my glasses (scratched lenses which were still under warranty.) I was very impressed by the service I received.
Ms. Lisa is very courteous & professional. She has a lot of patience, and helped me pick out frames for my prescription lenses.
The location in Corde Madera, CA has probably the worst mannered staff that I ever encountered in a retail environment. I am a senior citizen and require the use of a restroom frequently, when I requested use of a restroom I was directed to Nordstrom, that required a walk of about 300 yards.
