I have been shopping for a new "Look" of glasses-- went into 12 Oaks mall to Warby (first time) and met "Ellen". She was awesome. We had fun looking at glasses. She helped me find the perfect one. Ellen was personable and knew her products. She listened to me on what I thought the look would be and helped me NOT to make a bad selection.... It was like I was shopping with a trusted friend. PEOPLE OF COLOR BE AWARE. I arrived at the Upper East side location for my exam, however, after waiting for the store greeter to tend to his current client, check in another, check back in with the first client, the greeter told me I was *60 seconds* (not hyperbole) late and therefore could not attend my scheduled appt. After confirming with the store manager (& greeter), Neil Pampnag, Dr. Eronsol(sp) and WP’s store policy, that *EVERYONE* is afforded a 15 min grace window, I pointed out that I, in fact, made it to the store... read more

I had a hard time communicating with the office. I finally worked it out where they received my prescription. When mailed to me, the lens was very cheap plastic. They had a big scratch/dent in the right eye right by your vision. I sent an email, and they never returned or responded to the issues. Horrible. I would never purchase them again.

staff is friendly but still got my measurements incorrect which was only a big problem because this happened twice!
