I have been a loyal customer of Warby Parker for many years, and I thought that the service was good. But today, Abena repaired my glasses in such a friendly and professional manner that I have to give Warby Parker at the Short Hills Mall an excellent rating.
While the experience at the Warby Parker store has been pleasant, the experience afterwards has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first pair of glasses arrived after three weeks, well after they were initially promised -- and that only came after I had to talk to MULTIPLE customer service representatives to get an answer about the status of my glasses.
