Very knowledgeable & helpful staff! Specifically, Ella went out of her way to help me choose frames I love by pulling a ton of frames she thought id like from all over the store & weighing in when I tried them all on! She also helped me order a year supply of contacts & explained the rebate process to me. Overall Ella is phenomenal at her job. Her knowledge of the products, patience, willingness to help, & positive attitude made my experience at the short hills store exceptional. Highly recommend! Thanks Ella!

I buy glasses a few times a year and the staff at this store are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful to me finding exactly what I’m looking for. It’s a better experience compared to LensCrafters and my local optician in my opinion.
