A friend recommended that I shop at Warby Parker, and I absolutely loved my experience at this location. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alba, who made the visit even more enjoyable! I can be quite indecisive, but she was so patient and helped me find frames that truly suit me and are stylish. I ended up purchasing two pairs, which arrived quickly as promised, and getting them refitted was a breeze!
Just placed an order for one eyeglass and a prescribed sunglass. The frames look really nice and costumer service is excellent here. Ragavi was helping me and she went above and beyond to make sure I find what I have in mind. I'll come back for my next pair:)
Warby Parker at Square One has great service. Diana was very helpful when I was looking to purchase my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses, she was very attentive.
The staff were lovely. They explained the billing process and were very helpful and honest while I tried on a bazillion pairs of glasses.
