Really bad customer service today. Not sure what happened to this place😳
I’m on my fourth pair of Warby Parkers. I use them for sunglasses and for LED light blocking, and they get the job done! Vivian was extremely kind, courteous, and quickly helped get my glasses adjusted—I was in and out. I highly recommend!!
I had such a great experience at Warby Parker! My brother came in with his glasses completely broken (literally in three pieces), and we weren’t sure anything could be done. Floria and Vivian went above and beyond to help us! they were so kind, patient, and really took the time to figure out a solution . Their willingness to help made all the difference. Customer service like this is rare. Thank you, Floria and Vivian, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
