First time using Warby Parker and I must say it was a very good experience. Service level was on point and pricing very reasonable
Excellent customer service and a very clean store!
We had the pleasure to work with Josh this past Sunday. He is an asset to Warby Parker. Josh was helpful, kind and assured us that he would take care of an issue we were having with our insurance and overpayment. My son stopped into the Birmingham store on Friday with a few questions the young ladies were terribly rude and unhelpful. Somerset and Josh will continue to get our business.
