I bought a non-prescription pair of sunglasses and was told by the sale associate that I’ll be able to come back within a month for replacement if there’s any issue since all lens from Warby Parker are “scratch-resistant” guaranteed. My lens ended got scratched even with cautious use. I returned to request for a replacement but was told that it’s only applied for prescription lens.
