Friendly and informative staff. Price was a third of what I previously paid at vision work. I would recommend warby Parker
Excellent store, staff and doctor. Great selection of frames. I visited the store in Smith Haven Mall, Lake Grove, NY.
Horrible horrible service. Terribly behind. Terribly slow. Just a fast casual place for gear head doctors and hypochondriacs. Automatically charge you for useless imagining that you have to take off the bill. Crooks. Terrible service. Very slow
I had a great experience walking in and my son was treated with exceptional service by Carlos. He had a great attitude throughout the examination process. The other co-worker who choose the glasses for my son was great as well! Thank you for making my son's experience a fun one. Your dedication in your role is admirable.
I wish more people knew that Warby Parker offered eye exams. Not only do they have one of the largest selections of quality frames, but the customer service was top notch. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I absolutely loved Dr. Hans. I felt that he really listened and cared about what I had to say. He made great suggestions for my lenses. One of the best doctors I have interacted with in years. I live in Virginia and visit family here in Long Island. I will absolutely come back again.
