Had an awful experience the other week - went in to get my glasses adjusted which were replacements received in the mail. Was sitting for 15 minutes without being asked if I needed help, all staff avoided my eye contact. Finally I spoke to the only tech on staff and was told "it would be a very long time" for her to do the adjustment since she was the only one there and told me to just come back another day. Exceptional experience at Warby Parker, Smith Haven Mall. Carlos and his colleague first helped me while I was dealing with a lot personally and had just lost two pairs of glasses. They were patient, kind, and helped me build a solid plan so I could actually function day to day. David, Jen, and Emily were just as amazing.
