The staff was great - helpful but not overbearing at all. We came in to pick frames for my seven-year old and the process was simple and quick. I’ve bought frames for myself at Warby Parker before and really appreciate their style and quality.

Always a great experience here. Staff is super polite and very organized and efficient. Optometrist was nothing less than amazing. I never felt rushed and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Just a great experience for something we all put off to a later date.

I highly recommend Warby Parker. Kelly was the technician that helped me. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. He made the whole process really easy. He made suggestions and shared with me a few things I didn't know about buying glasses. He also made it really easy for me to use my vision insurance. This was just a very easy process!

Kelly the assistant manager at the San Tan Mall location was super helpful, kind, and didn’t rush anything. He even provided stickers and coloring books for our toddlers to keep them busy while we chose our glasses. Absolutely will be revisiting for any future need. Thanks Kelly!
