Do not to purchase from this store using cash and expect a smooth refund process. I have spoken to the store manager and 8 customer service agents to get a refund for a return. Each person has given me a different answer. I have been told to go back to the store for cash, to wait for a check, to go back to the store to get a check, to wait at least a month.... I like the fact you can get an eye exam and choose your glasses on site. They immediately email the results of your eye exam. Prices for each frame cost $95 and up so you know how much your spending. There is a variety of selections that are endless. Also your prescription glasses are mailed to you, less hassle to pick it up.Staff are helpful and courteous. It's a win win for me!
