I ordered online a replacement pair of glasses, as those I have are scratched. After 3 weeks, I asked for an update, and they realized that the person who had taken my order had made a mistake and they were waiting for me to send my glasses, in order to replace the lenses. I paid the difference in order to get the frame as well and I was assured my finally corrected order would be given priority and I'd receive what I needed in one week.
