Awesome experience at Warby Parker! They had an assortment of styles and Micki was extremely helpful helping me find the perfect pair! I was not aware that WP can now file insurance (rather than me doing it and anticipate a refunded amount). She was really patient and helpful! Great place!

Excellent customer experience! Had tried to purchase online but kept getting errors. Tried telesales and couldn’t complete my transaction. A friend sent me to the store in Rogers and they saved Warby Parker a defection. Highly recommend this store, although I don’t recommend the .com experience.
