After checking my insurance on the Warby Parker website, I drove 30 minutes with my new eyeglass prescription, looking forward to getting new glasses at the Palmer Square location. At the store they informed me that they do NOT take VSP. I said 'but I thought...' and they said 'oh, did the website tell you that?' as if it is a common misunderstanding. Very friendly, professional service. Eddie was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Store is clean, organized and have a variety of frames. Only wish they had more Italian designer frames. Limited to one display.
I’ve normally had good experiences at this store, but last week I had an eye appointment where the optometrist told me my prescription hadn’t changed. But when they ordered my new lenses, the staff entered my prescription incorrectly (while ordering and also in my Warby Parker file). They switched the axes between the left and right eye.
