My new peepers were hurting behind my ears and the fit just didn’t work. My back up broke. I also wanted something different that I could try. So walked into Warby Old Orchard and fell in love with a frame. It was super easy to order with the team because they were just readers so the staff helped me order and offered blue light so I added it as I use my readers for all reading including on phone, laptop and iPad, so it was essential. Excellent customer service. I was promptly greeted and seen early for my scheduled visit. The eye exam was thorough and i appreciate each step being explained to me. Each staff member was courteous, professional, and quite kind. Honestly, I know I will be back because everyone in-person was wonderful plus the online appointment scheduling and virtual try-on made my experience all the better.
Gene was friendly and helpful and walked me through the process to buy my first pair of glasses
