My boyfriend and I went to look for glasses here. We were in there for at least 20 minutes and not one person helped us! One was with a customer and the other girl was on her phone the entire time. Keep in mind there were 4 customers in the store including us. As a new customer walked into the store, the employee that was on her phone immediately greeted her and asked how she could assist her! Online my insurance says Want Parker is in network…at the store they said they are not, they worked to get my insurance to cover all but a small part of my cost
