I’m writing to express my frustration with how my appointment was handled today. My appointment was scheduled for 10:05 AM, and I arrived approximately five minutes late. However, another customer whose appointment was at 9:45 AM arrived around my 10:05 AM time slot and was taken ahead of me. I find this particularly frustrating because I was effectively given only a five-minute grace period, while someone who was approximately 20 minutes late for an earlier appointment was accommodated ahead of me. Both representatives were attentive and knowledgeable. They were honest in giving their opinions, and were not high pressured sales people. Going in on a quiet Friday night, was the best time.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, with excellent inventory to work with.
Very pleased with Warby Parker, staff are courteous and really helpful...not rushed. The frames are reasonably priced and there are lots of options!
