The staff here is wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was great, really fantastic customer service. We walked in without an appointment, and they were able to accommodate my husband with an eye exam. Doctor Ricky Luong (spelling?) updated his prescriptions. Looking forward to receiving the glasses. Today I had an annual eye exam about one-year since the last exam. I went to Warby Parker again this year, at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando and couldn't have been happier about my visit, exam and sunglasses purchase. The whole experience from the eye exam and the selection/ordering sunglasses was fast and easy. My eyes were in great condition and my prescription for the regular glasses had not changed over the past year. The doctor gives the exams right at the store and did a great job. I’m so glad I stop by this place today. Yves took care of glasses in a way that I had never seen anybody else doing it. Feels like it is new again!!!!🙏🙏
