Had a really awful customer service experience with Irving at Warby Parker. Called 7 months after spending almost $600 on a pair of glasses because the coating on the front of the glasses was peeling. Irving let me know that if only I had called a few weeks earlier, he could have replaced them for free, but instead it would be over $400 to replace the lenses.
