I accidentally deleted my other review but I wanted to express that I had my eye exam and got my glasses and contacts prescription done at a different Warby Parker location…. and I was planning on buying my glasses there later that week, but honestly I wasn’t super thrilled with the service. Super helpful staff, quick process, and reasonably priced! I haven’t gotten my glasses yet but I’m excited to get them and was surprised that they will be mailed to my house. So far, it was a pretty good experience.
Overall great experience. Best customer service in the Valley!
