I had such a great experience at Warby Parker at International Plaza. The store was busy when I arrived, but the staff was quick to greet me and made sure I felt taken care of right away. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it came time to place my order, they took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process so easy. I never felt rushed, despite how busy the store was. Sean was the most AMAZING employee that I have ever worked with when it comes to my glasses wear. He went above and beyond to help get my insurance to cover it whereas another location told me $125 (not true, he told me $20 then corrected himself because it ended up being 0 so I added the warranty). Thank you, Sean!
I had been to a different Warby Parker location three times trying to get my glasses fitted properly, and I was beginning to think they would never feel quite right.
