This time I have to give this location a two star rating. I scheduled an appointment to do my annual eye exam at WB for the first time since my optometrist switched practices and new practice does not take my insurance. When I came in, I spoke to the medical assistant re. prices, coverage, and what I was coming in for that day, then the doctor saw me and did my eye exam. Gaby was incredibly helpful and patient while I tried on different styles—she made the process fun and really helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that I absolutely love. Dr. Choe also did an amazing job with my eye exam. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole team made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
