The people at the desk when I went to purchase the glasses were great, friendly, and efficient , but the shipping is an issue. I bought my glasses on July 19th, and they did not pass the inspection check so now they are being redone, so I will be receiving my glasses after almost a month. It needs to be more consistent in this area.
I had a terrific experience at Warby Parker today. Support from the staff member I worked with, Lori, made all the difference. She spent quality time with me, was patient, and offered well-considered opinions. I’ve been to other Warby Parker locations and regardless of what I try on I’m told they look good. That’s just not possible! Lori was honest, thoughtful, and helped me find the right options for me (in both regular glasses and sunglasses).
High quality for less money I use progressive lens that are darkening in sunlight and they work perfectly.
