Went to warby parker to order eyeglasses at least an hour prior to closing time and was told by the male salesperson they’re not doing any sales as their optician was gone for the day. I informed him I didn’t need an eye exam and had a prescription, he proceeded to tell me it didn’t matter. This made no sense because I’ve ordered multiple eyeglasses from warby parker in houston before and never had to see an optician.
