Always great service at this store. Friendly people and very knowledgeable
Walked in and walked right back out. As a young Black woman, I don’t appreciate not being greeted when I enter a store with many associates that are not attending any customers. Green Hills. September 3rd. 5 PM.
The last 2 times I’ve been in there the employees have been unhelpful and rude. I’ve been a loyal customer to Warby Parker for years but this specific location has forced me to take my business elsewhere. The 1 star is for the optometrist Dr. Costello who did my eye exam last year and was great to work with.
I had a wonderful experience in this store. Corey, the sales representative, was wonderful.
