Store staff are nice however dealing with company customer service and shipping delays is a nightmare. I paid for express shipping and a promised 7 days delivery only to be told it could take at least 21 days from order. Avoid.
Really liked the eye exam process. It was fast, thorough, and the doctor was friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. Way better experience than a regular eye doctor.
