Great customer service. Don't love that they don't take my insurance and also that frames end up being very very expensive
i visited the westfield location today, it was my first time ever in the area so i was pretty nervous. amazing customer service isn’t even enough to say, Nicole was outstanding. she made me feel like I had just gained a new best friend. i bought two pairs of glasses ( with thinning of the lenses ) based purely off of her customer service. warby parker ( this location specifically ) is where i’ll be getting my glasses from now on!!!!

Horrible selection of frames, I felt rushed with choosing my decision, paid all this extra money in hopes the frames would be thinner just for them Not to fit my face at all. It’s honestly so disappointing I even waited llonger than 10 days for these to come in an important trip I’m taking so now I have no pair of glasses to take with me. I do not plan on returning here
