I wanted to replace my existing frames, that got damaged, but keep the lenses. The staff found the frames and popped the lenses in quick as anything. Very nice and friendly! And I lobe this new version of my all time favorite frames (Lorena) that people half my age stop me and compliment me on!
The staff here is extremely patient and knowledgeable. I’ve never worn prescription glasses before and had a good experience picking out a pair. Many style and color options. The woman who helped me was great! She’s only there on weekends and is a teacher full time. She was so knowledgeable and helped me find my perfect pair of glasses. They also sell sunglasses! And you can put prescription in them or pop the lenses out to place standard prescription lenses in!
Mel is fantastic in every way. Patient, kind, knowledgeable. I've worked with her a few times at this location. Everyone else is helpful and I've had a positive experience each time. Only downside are the hours weekdays.

This was a great day. Mel assisted me with my prescription concerns as well as helping me pick out glasses. She was so good at what she does, I purchased 4 pairs. Everyone working was amazing and helpful. I truly felt the team was trained to be customer focused. Great job! I have been wearing your eyewear since you started in downtown Manhattan in a little loft. It is amazing how you have grown.
