This was the third warby Parker experience for me. The friendliness and the promptness of service is always welcome. But there could be more options of frames offered.
Well mine wasn’t bad and it wasn’t the best. They squeezed me in. Kept on pushing for contacts. Told them no over five times and also he kept on talking about how good my insurance was. (Should have known then) I liked 3 glasses but oddly enough the one I got was the one the guy who worked there picked out. Strange. Did not follow my likes at all but did wanted to give me my option as sunglasses so they think they could milk all the money out of me. I still got a descent pair but I’ll go back for the ones I like soon enough ... read more
Staff was very professional. The doctor was very detailed in her explanation. The facility was clean. Lots of eyewear options to choose from.
