Zoe and the staff are so helpful and patient! I bought frames here last year and they let me try on 6 or 7 pairs until I found one that I loved
My partner and I had a fantastic experience yesterday with staff in the store and eye exam office. Felix and the other staff member we talked to (I'm sorry I don't recall her name) were so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable, respected, and at ease (when I usually feel stressed out and overwhelmed when shopping). The eye exam was much the same with friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and in good hands. They also have an elevator for those who need it. I highly recommend this location!
Efficiency, friendly, knowledgable professional
