Paid over $800 for 2 pairs of glasses. Received my prescription sunglasses with my new prescription within the 7-10 business days. The other pair I have yet to receive! No email stating when they will ship. I tried to get someone on the phone at this location, where I purchased them. To no avail! the store was great. I exchanged a pair because the other one I was unhappy with when they came. now this pair looks good but the progressive part is either not done or not done right. I am going to live with them and just buy a pair of reading glasses at the dollar store because I don't want to go through the hassle again of exchanging. I am not sure I will go with them again. I am not sure if it was the stores fault or the maker. I have to take my glasses off to read anything.
